Notice the word “action” within the Law of Attr – action…

Action is very important in the manifesting process. I believe it is not emphasized enough in the movie “The Secret.” They mention taking action here and there throughout the movie. However, taking action is essential to using The Law of Attr – action to manifest.

I use the example of 2 magnets. Have you ever played with magnets? If you have then you may have noticed there is an attractive energy on one side of the magnet that pulls them together. If you let both of the magnets go at the same time you will notice both of the magnets are moving(Action) towards each other. As one magnet moves (taking Action), the other magnet moves (taking Action).

Thus, it is very much like this when you are using the Law of Attr – action to manifest something you want. As you move (taking Action) towards what you want, it will move towards you.

I encourage you to take small action steps towards what you want and pay attention how what you want moves towards you.

May I have Your Attention Please….

Thank you. Your Attention is a very valuable asset. I appreciate having your attention right now.

In using the Law of Attraction, how you use Your Attention is a big part of what you will attract to yourself. You see, whatever you place Your Attention on expands and you will get more of whatever it is that you place Your Attention on.

So, I encourage you to Pay Attention to what you Pay Attention to. It’s interesting that we call it “Paying” Attention, because it is very much like making a payment or an investment into something that is going to give you some kind of return.

Where do you invest Your Attention? or What do you Pay Your Attention to?

What do you watch on T.V.?

What books do you read?

What do you talk about?

Who do you talk to everyday?

What do you do for you job everyday?

What websites do you visit?

All these questions will show you what you Pay Attention to.

If you don’t like the results or outcomes you are getting, then I encourage you to make it a practice of shifting Your Attention, and Pay Attention to something else. Maybe, something you’d like to attract into your life.

What exactly is Intention? And why is it so powerful?

Intention is using the power of words to formulate a desired outcome to occur. By setting an intention we are invoking universal energy to move in a certain direction. Part of this energy is our very own energy within the dominion of ourselves. The other part of this universal energy is external to us; however the external energy forces are affected by the force and direction of our intention when it is set in place.

The process of setting intentions is very similar to dropping a pebble into pond water. The pebble is like a physical representation of an intention in action. You are the intender who is throwing or dropping the pebble into the water. The ripples of the water represent how your intention (the pebble) affects the water (the universe).

Intention is actually something that is always happening, whether we know it or not. Every thought we think, every word we speak, and every action we do is an intention that is moving us in the direction of a future experience. We are either doing this consciously or unconsciously, but it is happening. If you pay attention you can see how this happens in your own life. One way to track intention is to have a journal. You can go back in the journal and read what you were thinking about, talking about, and doing and see how you walked right in to where you are now. We are always walking into our intention, so be sure to be clear about what it is your walking into, because if you don’t then you will walk into something unclear.

The beautiful thing about this is that we have the power to direct our intentions. There are four things that occur in life, we think, we feel, we behave, and things happen. Out of these 4 things, we can control 3 of them: thinking, feeling, and behavior. We cannot control what happens outside of ourselves, but we can control how we think, feel, and behave about what happens. This is where all of our power lies.

The Law of Attraction is a universal Law that is happening all the time. The Law states that that which is likened to itself is drawn or attracted. Similar vibrational forces are pulled together like magnets. Like attracts like.

The Law of Attraction is happening through our thoughts, feelings, and actions. We think thoughts, feel emotions, and do actions that are requests to the universe. The requests are transmitted as vibrational waves that are Real things. The vibrational waves can not be seen by the naked eye, but they are very real. You don’t see how two magnets are pulled together, but you know that a real force is at work there. You don’t see electricity, but you still know that it is a real force that exists. It is the same with the Law of Attraction, it is an invisible force that is Attracting people, places, and things to you based on your predominate thoughts, feelings, and actions.

The Law of Attraction works somewhat like two magnets. One side of the magnet attracts, and the other side of the magnet repels. It is very much the same with you. At any given time, you are either attracting people, places, and things to you; or you are repelling them away from you based on the energy vibration you are sending out as a request to the universe as thoughts, feelings, and actions.

There are 4 basic areas that we can speak of when in relationship to the Law of Attraction. They are:

1. Thoughts/Beliefs: This happens inside of your brain. Thoughts and Beliefs are part of who you are being. It is the actual thoughts you think about. Thoughts/Beliefs are invisible, but they are very real. Thoughts quite literally become things. All you have to do is look around you and see everything that has been created by another human being. This eBook, the chair you are sitting on, your computer, the desk, your car, etc… All of these concrete physical things were once just thoughts in someone’s brain. A group of thoughts make up beliefs that you choose. These beliefs become one of the main forces of attracting what you experience. It is quite literally how you perceive the world, inside of your own head. Every human being has a different inner world in inside their brain, in the realm of thoughts and beliefs. All thoughts are mental units of energy that can be measured as an electrical current, which is a vibrational pattern. The average human being generates 60,000 thoughts per day. This is a vibrational force that is attracting people, places and things to you.

2. Feelings/Emotions: Feelings and emotions happen inside of your body. Feelings and emotions are the other parts of who you are being. It is an electrical energy that you can actually feel inside of you. It is invisible; however the energy is very real and can be thought of as an actual thing. You can locate exactly where these feelings/emotions are located inside of your body when you feel them; your stomach, your chest, or your back. Feelings and Emotions are a form of stored energy. Feeling/Emotion energy is a very powerful creative force, and it will draw of attract what you desire to you very rapidly, depending on the intensity of the feeling tone. This is a vibrational force that is attracting people, places and things to you.

3. Behaviors/Actions: Your Actions & Behaviors is the place where your inside world contacts the outside world. It is the physical action that you take in any given situation. Actions and Behaviors are what you are doing. This is also a vibrational energy that seems much more real because you can see it with your eyes. When you “do” anything you see it, so it seems to be more real than thoughts or emotions. However, it is about as equally as powerful as the other 2 areas. It is movement and vibrational energy that is attracting and directing you towards some place, person, or thing.

4. Events/Wants. Events or Wants happen outside of your mind and body. This is the outside world. This is made up of all the events that happen outside of you. It is also the people, places, and things that you want to have. Events can also be thought of as occurrences, or situations that are happening outside of your dominion (your dominion is your inside world of thoughts, feelings and actions). These outside events or wants also have an energy tonality. All outside people, places, and things resonate at a certain frequency, and this frequency is emitted from these events, or outside wants. This frequency matches up and attracts to similar frequencies or energy tones work together.
